On-Order Trailers
Serving Pennsylvania & the Northeast RegionOn-order trailers are units already built or scheduled at the factory and headed to our Bedford, PA lot. Reserving one means you get the exact spec you want without waiting out a full build slot — and you can claim it before it hits the lot.
When units are inbound they appear below. If the list is empty, nothing is currently in transit — call (814) 623-5463 and we will tell you what is available to order and what the current lead time looks like. Meanwhile, browse our full trailer inventory of units in stock today.
On-Order Trailers in Pennsylvania
Most buyers shop what is on the lot. But if you need a specific size, capacity, deck width, or option package and nothing in stock is quite it, ordering is usually a better answer than settling. As a Veteran-owned dealer in Bedford, PA we place factory orders across all ten brands we carry, and this page is where inbound units show up once they are assigned to us.
What "On Order" Actually Means
It means the trailer exists in the factory's production schedule with our name on it, or is already built and waiting to ship. It is not a catalog listing. When you reserve an on-order unit you are claiming a specific trailer with a specific build sheet, not joining a queue. That distinction matters for planning: you can be told a realistic arrival window rather than a vague build estimate, which is the difference between scheduling work around it and hoping.
Ordering a Trailer Built to Your Spec
This is the real value here. Deck width, length, GVWR and axle rating, ramp style, coupler, jack, toolbox, tarp kit, spare carrier, color — most of it is configurable. Car Mate in particular builds enclosed trailers to order, and Diamond C, Quality and Horizon all offer option packages well beyond what a dealer keeps in stock. Look, PJ and H&H also build families we do not floor locally at all — race and contractor packages, gooseneck configurations, truck beds and enclosed car haulers — which are order-only regardless of what is on the lot.
Reserve Before It Arrives
Inbound units are first come, first served, and the heavier ones tend to be claimed before they are unloaded. A deposit holds a specific unit. If you have been watching our inventory for a size that keeps selling out, reserving an inbound one is how you stop losing the race. Equipment trailers in the 16,000 lb class and goosenecks above 20,000 lb are the usual culprits.
FREE Delivery Within 100 Miles of Our Bedford, PA Store
On-order units get the same terms as everything else once they land: free delivery within 100 miles of our dealership in Bedford, Pennsylvania, free pickup at the lot, and longer-haul Northeast delivery for a fee. We prep, inspect and hook up before you take it, and we will call you as soon as it is off the truck rather than waiting for the website to update.
Financing, Parts & Service
You can get pre-approved for financing while your trailer is still in transit, so the paperwork is done when it arrives. Ordered units carry the full factory warranty from purchase, and our parts inventory and service department handle accessories, setup and warranty work on everything we sell.
