At American Trailer LLC, all trailer sales are final.

No Returns

Due to the nature, size, transportation requirements, registration, and use of trailers, we do not accept returns on trailers after purchase.

Once a trailer has been purchased and the transaction has been completed, the sale is considered final.

No Refunds

American Trailer LLC does not offer refunds on trailer purchases.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the trailer, specifications, features, condition, pricing, and any other relevant information before completing their purchase.

We encourage all customers to ask questions and inspect the trailer prior to purchase.

Exchanges

American Trailer LLC does not offer exchanges on purchased trailers unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the sale is completed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you believe there is an issue with your trailer related to a manufacturer defect or warranty-covered component, please contact American Trailer LLC. Warranty claims, when applicable, are handled according to the terms and conditions of the trailer or component manufacturer's warranty.

A warranty claim does not constitute a return or refund of the trailer.

Before You Purchase

Please confirm that you have selected the correct trailer for your intended use before completing your purchase. This includes reviewing:

• Trailer dimensions

• GVWR and payload capacity

• Axle configuration

• Hitch and coupler requirements

• Features and options

• Vehicle towing capacity

• Pricing and financing terms

By completing a purchase with American Trailer LLC, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and that the trailer is not eligible for return or refund.
